One of the most authentic sushi restaurants in the greater Houston. Chef Toda has been behind the counter for over 30 years right here. He was trained in old school in Japan. His sushi rice has a strong vinegar taste as itΓ’β¬β’s supposed to. He picks his fish, preps and keeps fresh through the skills developed in his life time. You may not realize the value of it until you see some bad sushi elsewhere.

I love this place. It's authentic. The style is authentic. I felt like I was actually in Japan. Customer service was wonderful. I definitely recommend this place. Note: They don't open until 6pm and I'm not sure they have forks.

Absolutely fantastic service every time, despite how busy they always are. The food is excellent, the staff is beyond kind and I would recommend it to anyone looking for great cuisine and wonderful service. One of the staff escorted my girlfriend to our car with an umbrella because it was raining, theyΓ’β¬β’re so nice!!

The food here is amazing! Many reviews on here point to the authenticity of this place and it's true. We picked up a fish platter to take home because of the stay at home order in Houston, and the food did not disappoint. If you're in the mood for sushi or any other Japanese dish I highly recommend this place, even for take out!
